Top 10 LTBH Webinar

We held our Top 10 LTBH webinar earlier than usual because we think now is an appropriate time to review the positions in our portfolio. During the recent sell-off in tech, we added to key positions in March and April. We want to continue to add to key positions on strength and we will be recommending new positions in the coming weeks.

In addition to research, we also offer a fully managed portfolio, which means we need to balance the number of stocks we recommend. This is more advanced as we can’t recommend an endless number of stocks without telling you where they fit into a portfolio. We think this is a key benefit to our site and it certainly adds complexity to the analysis.

The Top 10 LTBH we review in the webinar are not necessarily the tech stocks we think will see the most gains this year, rather the ones we subjectively believe are low risk with very solid upside. For instance, a risky small cap could see more gains this year than those in the Top 10, yet the risk comes at a cost. We take calculated risks with a strong, core foundation. These Top 10 are the strong, core foundation.

Our goal at the I/O Fund is to consistently build wealth and to do this regardless of market conditions. Therefore, having a foundation of category leading companies that are capturing microtrends is an important strategy so we can blend our portfolio with higher risk positions. You could say these 10 names offer a more passive way of investing, and in our opinion, will beat FAANG stocks over a 3-5 year time frame.

In the presentation, you’ll find optional names alongside the Top 10 and also honorable mentions and Wild Cards. For a more passive portfolio, the optional names make the most sense for completing the portfolio (Lam, Snowflake, Ethereum, etc). For an active style, the Wild Cards are a good list of those we think will have the most upside. The momentum portfolio also caters to a more active stance.

We offer a library of research on every stock mentioned in the webinar. For instance, we have 9 research reports on Nvidia alone. You can access this research by going to the Dashboard 🡪 Premium Blogs 🡪 Search Bar and put in the company name.

Thank you 🙂

May LTBH Webinar: Magnite, Roku and IDFA

We will discuss the IDFA in plain terms so our subscribers can understand the pros and cons. We will also review Beth’s previous analysis leading up to the deprecation of the IDFA and how the I/O Fund was positioned going into 2021 to take advantage of these changes.

This webinar will be a spotlight on Magnite and Roku as these two share the same microtrend. We have covered Roku very in-depth over the past three years and we want to take the opportunity to talk about Magnite in regards to this trend, as well.

Hope you can make it!
